ABOUT THE NEWSLETTER

EU Presidency Weekly is a free analytical newsletter dedicated to Poland’s presidency of the Council of the European Union. The newsletter provides readers with detailed analyses of the most significant developments in the European Union, emphasizing their relevance from Poland's perspective.

Published each Thursday until the end of June 2025, each issue includes commentary on Poland’s role in shaping the European agenda and the context of actions taken during the presidency. The newsletter also explores the connections between EU politics and Poland’s presidential campaign scheduled for 2025.

Our team

Tomasz Bielecki in Brussels, along with Tomasz Sawczuk, PhD, and Hanna Kozłowska in Warsaw, ensure that you are always up-to-date and deeply informed—whether it’s about behind-the-scenes agendas, policy disputes, or the most important upcoming events.

Their effort is supported by Polityka Insight’s experts in politics, economy, finances, energy sector, industry, security and digital affairs.

Each edition of the newsletter is made possible by the dedicated work of Karolina Tomaszewska (graphic design) and Maciej Kurczewski (front-end development).
