The level of the Polish public debate and the quality of the election campaign are not conducive to a substantive conversation about the future expressed in written programmes and promises.

This does not mean that they are not important. Over the past three weeks, in our service we have been examining the programme declarations of the five election committees. Today we have compiled them for you in a special election dossier. It is worth reading these analyses of the programmes, keeping them and returning to them to assess what has been achieved, why and for what purpose.
